Delivery Service

Here at W.Va. Electric Supply, we know it is essential that you get the product you need when you need it. When it's not convenient for you to make the trip to us, one of our qualified drivers will keep your project moving by bringing material right to your facility, job site, or office. Even better, as part of our quotations & project management services, our deliveries will keep pace with your work, automatically dispatching material according to your needs each step of the way.

Our daily delivery service accommodates our various local deliveries, while our emergency service offers around-the-clock coverage as needed. We maintain a fleet of vans, straight trucks, and flatbed trucks in order to tailor our deliveries to fit your needs. And with our ability to accommodate forklift and pallet jack unloading processes, you can be sure that deliveries from W.Va. Electric Supply will run as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Electronic Proof of Delivery

Whether you're picking up product in our store or receiving a delivery at your facility, we will collect a signature to verify receipt. This will be displayed on your invoice, providing your accounting department with automatic proof of delivery for each and every order without any need to call and request.

(Volume purchases and other special quotations should still be requested from your salesperson.)

Handle your back office responsibilities day or night with billing support. You or your accounting department can view purchasing history, check account balances by account and by project, view and reprint invoices, and pay your account online. Our website makes it easy to properly handle the paperwork and move on to your other to-do items.

Our secure accounts management system allows you to authorize users who can make purchases both in-store and online. For online orders, your account admin can set up separate logins for each authorized user, and each user can have the right permissions so they can get their job done without the ability to access or change other account information. Energy Efficiency Specialists

We offer our customers several Energy Savings Programs, from Energy Audits with design of new LED lighting to personalized assistance with AEP Rebate programs.

Our first step is to learn about the energy saving goals our customer has in mind. Once we understand your particular needs, we can calculate your lighting loads and formulate recommendations for new LED lighting and energy savings. We then enter our completed calculations into our Lighting System Payback Analysis system. The resulting report will show, in detail, what you are currently paying in energy costs and what you can save with the implementation of new LED lighting. Also included in this report is your projected rebate amount from the AEP Rebate Program, and we highly encourage participation in this program as a way of offsetting your initial costs.

Our Lighting System reports also include your projected ROI (Return on Investment) energy savings, telling you the amount you'll be able to invest into your operations and growth. In addition to these savings, proven benefits from making the change to LED Lighting include higher lighting quality, improved productivity, and reduced absenteeism. Credit Services

Our company is pleased to offer customers a variety of personalized financing options. We accept payments made by checks, cash, ACH on file, electronic checks over the phone, wire transfers, credit cards, and on-account terms for qualified customers.

Invoicing

All customers will find business-friendly billing with accurate, easy-to-read invoices. We include an a proof of delivery signature right on every invoice to save time, avoiding the need to separately request copies of delivery receipts.

Job Accounts and Ship-To's

We can help you keep organized by billing separate accounts for different projects or locations. This allows you to easily keep track of your orders, products purchased, and balances. If you like, we can even set up a job limit to avoid a project running over budget! However, you can still write one check for everything to easily pay on your account.

Account Preferences

We want to make it easy to handle billing documents. We offer many optional features to help with this.

  • Purchase Order Formatting: Do you require purchase order numbers (PO#) on all of your invoices? Let us know, and we'll make sure to collect this when orders are placed.
  • Email Invoice Delivery: Receive all of your invoices and statements by email.
  • Blind Pricing on Delivery/Pickup Documents: If you have staff picking up product that shouldn't see pricing or order details, we offer blind pricing to list the product being picked up or delivered, but leaving off your prices. Your invoice will still arrive with all of the detail you need as usual.
  • Online Access to Billing History: For all of your payables staff, we can set up a login for each person to access all of the information they need to get their work done any time of the day and any time of the month.

Billing On-Demand

Why wait for your month-end statement or call to request old invoices if you need it now? Simply login to view or download any information you need. Using our online "BillPay" system allows you to view and reprint all of your invoices, check your account balances, review your purchase history by job account, see open as well as paid invoices and the aging on your invoices. Contact our credit department to get enrolled today.

Tax Exempt Status

Are you tax-exempt? Do you have tax-exempt projects? Click here to submit your tax exemption form. Simply complete the form and attach your completed tax exemption form. We will process your tax exemption and send you an email to confirm your account is enrolled as tax exempt.
