Incoming employees start with our new hire training to learn the basics of our operations, and established employees are encouraged to take advantage of our wide selection of ongoing educational initiatives. We also utilize in-depth, position-specific courses from NAED and NAILD for key staff members, regularly sending them to take advantage of specialized training courses at manufacturer sites. Using online training courses, webinars, internal process training, safety training, and vendor product training, all W.Va. Electric Supply employees continue to grow and develop their skills throughout their career.
