WV Supply is seeking a dependable and safety-focused DC Junior Operations Associate to support distribution operations out of Huntington, WV. This role helps ensure timely, accurate, and secure movement of materials within the warehouse.
This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who enjoys active work, clear procedures, and a collaborative team environment. The position includes picking and staging orders, replenishing bins, supporting receiving and putaway, and maintaining clean, safe aisles.
- Pick, stage, and verify customer orders with high accuracy.
- Replenish primary locations and assist with receiving and putaway.
- Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory variances.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification and complete equipment checklists.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow established safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Warehouse, RF scanner, or WMS experience preferred; training is provided.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred; in-house certification is available.
